How fast does my internet need to be?
SchoolBuddy classes stream in HD. If your connection plays HD video on Facebook or YouTube smoothly, class will be fine. As a rule of thumb, 4Mbps download or better is enough.
What device should my child use?
Anything with an internet connection and a browser — a desktop, a laptop, an iPad. We do not recommend a phone for a full session; the screen is small enough to tire the eyes.
How do I enrol?
Tap "WhatsApp to enrol" on any course page, or WhatsApp us directly. Tell us the student’s name and the month you want to start, and we will register them.
How do I pay?
Fees are handled in the SYNOREX TUITION mobile app. Install it, enter the system URL https://renren.tuitionsys.synorex.work/ and sign in, tap Payment to see the outstanding balance, then transfer from your own banking app. This website does not process payments.
How does my child attend class?
After payment we add you to that course’s WhatsApp group. The Zoom link, the worksheets and the class recordings are all sent to that group.
What if we miss a class?
Every session is recorded and uploaded to the course WhatsApp group. It can be watched later, as many times as needed.
